Looking for ideas - Please help
Hey People
Please help me with your ideas.
We are having a team outing on this Friday 18th Dec 2009. The expected number of people in outing is around 300. I am looking for few games/events/activity which can be performed during the outing. Few activities which are fun, creative and keep people involved.
You would have seen such games in your corporate outing or in your college . It would be great if you can think of some creative idea. That would be new and interesting for people. Your ideas will help me a lot as I along with my coordinating team want to make this outing memorable.
One activity which I suggested 
Due to budget constraints my seniors were reluctant to hire a professional photographer. So I suggested them to organize a photography contest. Let people from project nominate themselves and choose 5 people who will be capturing the events. Few days after the event these associates will display their pics and the award/prize will be given to the best photographer.

balloon bursting game….each person will have a balloon tied to their one of the legs. The objective of the game is to burst the balloon of other people and keep ur balloon safe. The one left with his balloon safe till the end of the game will be Winner.
It’s very childish, but trust me everyone will love it.

Hey Vivek…Why not hold a lemon-in-the-spoon race..Understood where we we have to balance teh lemon on the spoon throughout running a race…To increase the fun you may tie two people’s legs together(1 leg each i mean;) ) and then let them run the race…
DumbCharades may be a old game u know but it has its own charm..Plus u can innovate your odd sounding movie names like “lataktee aatmaa bhatakta shaitaan” and then see the fun;)
Ad mad show based competition where u can make groups then make the groups present a an ad for odd products like “broom” aur “doolhe(groom) hum sajaate hain PARLOR”..
Immature but good participation can make it fun:)

Hello Vivek, i aso have few ideas for the get together that going to happen on 18th Dec.
1.Freeze Dance
Freeze dance, a great game and that requires no special arrangements, other than some wild music! Just play on the music and let all the Participanta dance on it. Suddenly stop the music and at that moment everyone should freeze at their places. Anyone showing any movement exits out of the game. The last one to remain is the winner.
2. Lemon annd spoon
Let everyone to become a child again.

U can play “MUSICAL ARM”..the rules are same as the normal musical chair i.e u have to get a place when the music stops or you are out..but here instead of the chairs u will have people standing in a queue with their one arm outstretched or maybe one hand on waist if people don’t want to hold hands. Half of the people are standing like that and the other half will run around the whole queue and when the music stops you have to grab an arm and you are safe and now when the music starts again remove one of the standing member and the game continues..this way even if someone is not feeling upto the game he can volunteer to just stand and enjoy people running and falling and having a great time….
