  HI Anuj,

SRCC -GBO is an under-rated MBA in town. It's a great option to look at.

Regarding exam pattern, there are 4 sections- Quant, Verbal, Reasoning and GK.

Level of exam: Easy- NMAT/ SNAP kinds paper
Number of questions: On higher side- more than 150

You would be required to move speedily in your paper.

There is negative marking but no sectional cut off.

Ques. What is Masters of International Business Course? What has been the placement record of this course?
Ans. Masters of International Business is a 2-year post-graduate programme (equivalent to MBA) with special emphasis on Marketing and Finance with a global perspective. It is one of the most professional courses being run by University of Delhi with great industry interaction. This program has been accepted as a very good platform in private sector as well as in Government Undertaking. This course attracts students from diverse background from all over the country and has been achieving 100% placement in the past years.

Ques. How is MIB different from MBA?
Ans. In any MBA, International Business is included only as a part of the curriculum and there is a theoretical approach to it but MIB provides greater insight on the subject with special emphasis on Marketing and Finance with a global perspective. This is one of the most relevant programmes managed by Faculty of Commerce today and there is greater industry demand for it when it was found in 1995. As a result, it has become a 2-year course since 1995.

Is the Common Entrance Test on the same pattern as CAT?

Ans. Though the pattern of Common Entrance Test for MIB is not exactly same as CAT but there is lot of similarities with CAT. Entrance Test for MIB lays an equal emphasis on a section on General Knowledge and General Awareness. Also, data interpretation is included as a part of Logical Reasoning, English Comprehension and Quantitative Analysis. If the student writes a correct answer he is awarded four marks and if wrong answer is written one mark is deducted however if the question is not attempted, no penalty is imposed.

Duration of test: 2 hours
